Refund policy


I do everything I can to make sure your print(s) are protected and sent out to you safely. I would be saddened to hear if they arrive to you in a damaged state, this would only be due to Royal Mail. 
Once I have brought up the issue with Royal Mail and they are able to give me a refund and money for my damaged goods, then I would be able to offer a refund to you. Any photographic evidence would be helpful and appreciated.
